Cancellation Policy

At Sky Tour Adventures, we understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible while ensuring fairness for both our guests and our team. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 7 or more days before your tour date: Full refund.

• More than 48 hours before your tour time: 50% refund.

• Within 48 hours of your tour time: No refund will be issued.

• Weather & Maintenance Cancellations:
  Your safety is our top priority. If weather conditions or mandatory aircraft maintenance prevent your tour from taking place, we will first work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
