Our tours range from 30-minute quick flights over downtown Austin to extended 2-hour excursions exploring the rolling landscapes of Texas Hill Country and beyond.

At Sky Tour Adventures, we understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible while ensuring fairness for both our guests and our team. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

7 or more days before your tour date: Full refund.
More than 48 hours before your tour time: 50% refund.
Within 48 hours of your tour time: No refund will be issued.
Weather & Maintenance Cancellations:
Your safety is our top priority. If weather conditions or mandatory aircraft maintenance prevent your tour from taking place, we will first work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

Most of our flights welcome passengers of all ages, but children under two years old must sit on a guardian’s lap. Guests with certain medical conditions should consult with their doctor before flying.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Sunglasses and cameras are encouraged, but large bags and loose items may not be permitted onboard for safety reasons.

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe for flying, we will reschedule your tour at no extra cost. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
