Primary Departure Location
All standard tours depart from San Marcos Regional Airport (KHYI), conveniently located between Austin and San Antonio.

Free parking is available on-site, and our team will greet you at the terminal for check-in and pre-flight briefing. Please arrive 60 minutes before your scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth experience.
Alternate Departure – Austin/Bergstrom International (AUS)
Prefer to depart directly from Austin?
We can arrange departures from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport for an additional fee. This option is ideal for private groups, VIP bookings, or travelers staying closer to downtown Austin.
Please note:
AUS departures must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance
Subject to aircraft availability and airspace coordination
Additional ground handling fees will apply
