By booking a tour or using the Sky Tour Adventures website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payment
All tours must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to change without notice.

2. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. In the event of weather-related cancellations or mechanical issues, Sky Tour Adventures will offer a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Changes to Bookings
Requests to reschedule or modify a reservation must be made at least 72 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

4. Safety Requirements
All passengers must comply with safety briefings and crew instructions. Sky Tour Adventures reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who appears intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a safety risk.

5. Liability Waiver
By participating in any flight, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with aviation activities. Sky Tour Adventures is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage unless due to gross negligence.

6. Use of Website
All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Sky Tour Adventures and may not be reproduced without permission. By using our site, you agree not to misuse the content or services provided.

7. Modifications to Terms
Sky Tour Adventures may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
